She has earned an excellent reputation as a floral designer, and her wedding and garden inspired floral designs have been published in several highly respected wedding magazines throughout New England.

Nicole hand selects every flower she uses for her floral arrangements, either from her own gardens or from her high quality sources throughout the Americas. She grows a wide variety of flowers on her farm. Almost all the flowers she grows are started from seed in her greenhouse and Nicole uses all organic gardening practices. “I grow the flora and fauna that I love and want to see in my own decorative gardens or on my table”, says Nicole.
