Featured Wedding On Style-Me-Pretty: Zack and Nancy

by nicole on November 21, 2012

Zack and Nancy were married in early July at the Webster Barn in Hyde Park, VT.

It was a clear, brilliant summer day, and the wedding was set in a beautiful field flanked by the rolling Vermont mountains.

Nancy and Zack  loved the burgundy and  white palette for the flowers. I was lucky to be able to get some great floral and foliage selections from Third Branch Flower Farm in Roxbury VT: white peonies (the farm’s specialty),  burgundy smokebush and ninebark diabolo.  From my own farm I harvested Hydrangea, Pennycress, burgundy Amaranth and a few Nigella pods.

These seasonal selections gave a wonderful gardenesque feel to the floral design. Zack and Nancy achieved the unique combination of glamour and freshness they had hoped for.

As my forte is flowers and decor, I  have focused on the floral details but please go to the SMP Blog to view more details of this beautiful rustic Vermont outdoor wedding. We are honored to be featured on their blog.
